Bunny Peg Doll Craft
This craft is inspired by the book In a Jar by Deborah Marcero. Peg dolls are a fun craft for little ones. Once the peg bunny is dry, your kids will have a new toy for pretend play.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Peg doll(s)
Paint
Paintbrush
Felt bunny ears
Black marker
Modge Podge or hot glue
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Paint the body of the bunny. Allow to dry in between layers to get a more solid color. Feel free to add dots, stripes, or whatever else to decorate your bunny.
Once the paint dries, use a black marker to draw your bunny's face.
Next, apply two dots of the modge podge towards the back of the bunny's head on each side.
Add the bunny ears to the modge podge and firmly hold for about 30 seconds.
Lay your bunny flat, face down. This is a sensitive part until the bunny ears adhere.
Let the bunny ears and modge podge dry for at least 30 minutes. *This requires help from an adult. You can also hot glue the bunny ears if it becomes too frustrating.
Once your bunny is dry, enjoy free play with your new friend!
You’re all done! Super easy and quick craft to do with your little one. Make sure to share your craft on social media by tagging us @tyrannosaurustot or using the hashtag #totcrafts
